Bluff Heights offers a variety of housing types, including small and large apartment buildings, duplexes, and detached homes, many built before the 1960s. The neighborhood features mostly one- and two-bedroom residences, providing diverse accommodation options. Its relatively flat terrain makes bicycling a convenient mode of transportation, supported by several nearby bus routes to help with getting around.
